A Boston born artist, Celia's art is inspired by a style fusion combining such artists as Klimt, Picasso and Escher, with an urban influence stemming from her appreciation of street art. Having worked in various mediums including oil, acrylic, fibrous paper and wood carving, Celia's preferred instruments are simple pen and ink. The theory behind Subconscious Musings is a clear, raw technique requiring a condition of "no mind." Achieved only through this state of meditation, the ink becomes a catalyst for the soul's expression.
